This 6 part Series works to program your mind to learn how to:

How it works
You will be guided through 6 x 12-15 minutes process' each with a specific focus designed to transform habitual limited thinking patterns into more resourceful ways of thinking around food and lifestyle choices.
How to use
Listen to them in the order of numbered sequence 1-6 to begin with and thereafter listen to the parts that you feel you need the most. Part's 1 - 6 focus on the following areas.
Part 1 - Recognising real hunger
Your journey begins with learning how to be in tune with your body's needs and how you can learn to respond naturally and healthily to physical hunger. You will be encouraged to notice your true hunger signals and honor them by eating when you are hungry to stabilise your metabolism.
Part 2 - Perfect Portions
You will be empowered to choose how you respond in relation to eating just the right amounts for your body's needs. Using the power of your mind to visualise the servings that will leave you feeling fully satisfied without being overfull by focusing on your feelings and not the food.
Part 3 - Eat what feels good
You will be encouraged to learn what feels good to eat by being in tune with your energy levels after eating certain foods. Visualising what foods you will be choosing and noticing how they will make you feel is one of the mental exercises that will help you in time for when you need to choose what to eat.
Part 4 - Creating your desired outcomes
Focusing on the outcomes you want and realising why you want them will help you find what you truely want and who you want to be in relation to success around lifestyle. This session takes you through the steps in the process in a progressive sequence of thinking about the outcomes you desire.
Part 5 - Planning the action steps toward getting what you want.
Planning issues are often the cause of why we fail to keep up with what we started. This session will give you the space and time to plan what you need to do differently in order to monitor and track your progress.
Part 6 - Relapse and Hardship
Blaming yourself for getting off track is discouraged and instead to see it as an opportunity for noticing what we can do differently. You will be guided through a strategy to devise your own plan for overcoming obstacles to success.
These 6 sessions are designed to be listened to again and again as and when you feel the need. Especially in those moments when you don't know where to turn or who to ask for help - these will be your life savers. Even if you go off track you can notice that and choose the correct session to help you reinforce the learnings that you need to work on more efficiently.
